You will be the only guest on the property and will have exclusive access to all amenities. ​ We offer ultimate luxury and privacy in the Hocking Hills. There is only one cabin on the ten acre property. The property is surrounded by hundreds of acres of private undeveloped land. ​ Enjoy a relaxing day taking in the scenery on the private dock, sunbathe on your own private white sand beach, go for a walk through the nature preserve or spend the day shooting hoops in your own private indoor climate controlled basketball gym. ​ If going on long hikes through the Hocking Hills State Park your thing. Just remember to get back in time to relax in the soothing hot tub while the sun sets over the valley.

Private, indoor and climate controlled half court Basketball Gym. Gym can also be converted into a badminton court, volley ball or pickleball. Custom cedar lined walls! 

The gyms front porch is one of our favorite spots on the property the views are amazing and the large trees block the heat of the sun. Admire the beautiful art piece made up of 100's of whitetail deer antlers while you enjoy the front porch swing. Whether you are looking for relaxation or exercise you are going to love the gym at Whitetail Dream Cabins. Truly one of a kind.

The Pond

Stocked for Fishing! Enjoy a beautiful white sand beach and private dock, complete with both propane and charcoal BBQ grills for easy lakeside cooking. Take in amazing, sweeping views of the Hocking Hills while you relax. The pond is well stocked with mature bass, catfish, and bream, among other species, offering great fishing for anglers of all levels. We’ve also got a fire pit and hammock located beside the dock and pond.

Comfortably sleeps 4. The Maximum amount of guests allowed on the reservation is 6 you may bring an air mattress we do not provide cots or any extra sleeping arrangements beyond 2 king beds.

- Nestled on 10 acres of pure privacy. You’ll be the only guests on this exclusive property. When we say private, we mean it - you won’t see a single neighboring house or cabin.

- The pond is well stocked for catch and release fishing. Mature Bass, Catfish and Bream just to name a few.

- Washing Machine and Dryer on site.

- 50 inch HD flat panel TV with Satellite service.

- We have an outdoor fire-pit and patio furniture to enjoy the view.

- Outdoor grill don't forget to bring your own charcoal and steaks. We do provide propane for the gas grill.

- White Sand Beach at the pond

- The pond is stocked for excellent fishing!

- We change out furniture and decor regularly as it wears. Pictures may not be accurate in this regard.

- Indoor half court climate controlled basketball gym. Gym can also be converted into a Volley ball or badminton court. In 2022 we have now added Pickleball lines to the basketball, gym floor and provide Pickleball equipment.

- There is no landline phone but we do have excellent Wifi.

There is 1 King size bed in the open concept cabin and 1 King Size bed in a private bedroom.

Other things to note
The Whitetail Dream Cabin is very private, you will be the only guests on the 10 acre property and you will have exclusive access to all amenities including The Gym. The road is dead end with minimal traffic.

We provide the essentials:
Towels, Sheets, Hair Dryer, Iron and board, basic kitchen supplies such as pots, pans and a toaster.

An initial supply of:
Soap, Shampoo, Toilet Paper and paper towels.

Please bring your own:
Charcoal for grilling (we do provide a propane grill also), any condiments groceries/beverages you may want and don't forget the steaks! There is a Keurig coffee maker and a traditional coffee maker please bring your own K-Cups.
