What is the cancellation policy? 100% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled within 24 hours after making the reservation. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 7 days days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after.
I don't want to pay the total amount upfront for my reservation do you take deposits? On reservations of 4 or more nights we can take a 50% deposit when booking more than 30 days in advance. Please call 740-224-3416 to arrange.
Do you have a minimum stay and could I book for just 1 night? There is a 2 night minimum stay and a 3 night minimum around holidays.
What time is check-in? Check-in is at 4pm
What time is check-out? Check-out is at 11am.
Do I need a key? We will contact you prior to arrival with an electronic door code for your stay.
Do you allow early check-in or late check-out? Please call 740-224-3416 to arrange. We sometimes can offer this for an extra fee.
Do you provide WIFI? Yes.
Will there be a phone in my cabin? We do not have a landline phone. Cell service is minimal inside the cabin. Please familiarize yourself with WIFI calling if you need to make calls on your vacation.
How many people can stay in the cabin? We allow a maximum of 6. There are 2 King size beds. We do not provide additional beds or cots.
Do you have a Hot Tub? We have a spacious LED lit 7 person Hot Tub under a covered patio.
Do you allow pets? No Pets Allowed.
Do you allow smoking? No Smoking.
Where are you located? We are located 8 miles north of Logan in the Hocking Hills.
Will I see wildlife? Almost certainly!
Do you allow fishing or hunting? We do allow catch and release fishing. Hunting is not allowed.
What if I have a problem during my stay? Incase of emergency call 911 from your cell phone. For non emergencies related to your stay or the property please call 740-224-3416 or email info@whitetaildreamcabins.com.
What should I bring? Charcoal for grilling we also have a grill that takes propane please bring your own propane tank if you wish to use the gas grill, any condiments groceries/beverages you may want and don't forget the steaks! There is a Keurig coffee maker please bring your own K-Cups. We also have a fire pit please bring firewood most stores in the area sell bundles of wood.
What do I need to bring to use the gym? If you plan to use the gym, you must wear athletic shoes in the gym with rubber soles.
What do you provide? Towels, Sheets, Hair Dryer, Iron and board, basic kitchen supplies such as pots, pans, toaster, silverware, cups and plates. An initial supply of: Soap, Shampoo, Toilet Paper, K-Cup coffee.
Do you have a kitchen for cooking? We do there is a kitchen with residential fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster and electric range oven.
Do you allow swimming at the pond? Swimming is done at your own risk there is no lifeguard on duty.
